Submissions

If you want to submit material (excepting fiction) that fits into our bill of fayre, then make sure you follow these guidelines. NWP is now an e-based publishing house and has moved to paperless transactions. We believe this is essential in helping to conserve valuable resources. We shall continue to produce printed books, but advances in content distribution mean that we shall issue our titles in a number of formats as these become more mainstream and acceptable. The downside of this move is that we no longer accept unsolicited submissions on printed media.
E-mail submissions
Make sure we know who you are, so include your postal address and contact numbers. Attach a MS Word document that includes a biography/CV, a synopsis, contents page, an outline of why you think your book will sell and some sample material including illustrations if appropriate. DO NOT send large picture or graphic files at this stage. If these are called in, they can be sent on CD. E-mail this to
submissions@nwp.co.uk. We'll acknowledge receipt as soon as possible and take it from there. Be patient as we get a lot of submissions but feel free to chase us if there's a lengthy delay in responding.
Fiction submissions
Although we have published fiction in the past (www.11-9.co.uk) we do not consider this area to be our main forte. In an effort to help creative writers keen to submit their work for publication, we have tied up with Discovered Authors, the London-based company closely associated with our POD partners, BookForce Uk Ltd.
